We are Niall & Laura, creators and editors of this site.
We have both suffered with sleeping difficulties for years and have finally found the mattress and pillows that make us sleep soundly and ache-free.
Not without many bumps and hiccups along the way – Laura with recurring back problems and Niall just unable to sleep at all for many nights.
We are proud to say we have conquered our aches, pains and sleep deprivation and are sharing our advice. We are also recently new parents to a baby girl, so are once again challenging ourselves sleep-wise!
